Value exchange

It’s important to bring other people value, then only you can ask something from them. This works everywhere from businesses to relationships. Value can be brought to other people in so many ways, the way to do it is to do it for free.

When I came across the same lines I was baffled. If I'm good at something why should I do it for free? Initially, you have to do it because one has to know what you are capable of off. This works in a different way, if they like your work so much and you do it for free. Eventually they'll end up giving much more than you would have ever dream off. Otherwise, it's okay you gave them value and someday you can definitely ask them something else which would matter to you at that moment. They'll give you back value then. Exchange happens that way. Just give your value to people, give them directions as well. But let them do things with it. And give back if they want to.
